User profile: We collect data when users create or edit information within their Tablee accounts. This may include the user’s name, email address or login username, and password. We use this information for Tablee account creation and app login credentials.
2. Data created during use of our services:
Location services: We collect precise or approximate location information from users to connect with bluetooth smart watches and devices for the usage of the app. Tablee collects this data when the Tablee app is running in the foreground, when app is open and on the screen, or background, when app is minimized and not shown on screen.
We may collect this data only if the user gives Tablee permissions.
Tablee collects this data solely for connection with bluetooth devices, such as smartwatches, which are necessary for the full operation of the app’s services. This data is used to generate app data, such as response rates and wait times. Reference “App Data” for more information.
App Data: We collect data generated by the app, such as response rates and wait times, to generate a regular service report for users who have “manager” roles.
Device data: We may collect device data, such as IP address, operating system, mobile device hardware information to troubleshoot any problems that occur with the app.
How we use personal data:
Tablee uses the collected data to provide app service, customer support, future app development, such as but limited to:
- Account creation and maintenance
- App services
- Regular performance reports, which will be sent to users who have “manager” roles
Tablee may share data:

Tablee may share personal data such as names, login usernames or email addresses, and app data with users with the role “manager” within the same establishment. We use this data to generate regular performance reports of the users within the establishment to send to the “manager” user of the same establishment.

usernames or email addresses, and app data with third-parties, such as AWS, for necessary app services. We share this data to support the back-end and database of the app. This data will be protected and encrypted.

Notifications: Users may enable/disable Tablee to send notifications regarding server performance and wait times within their mobile devices: Settings > Privacy
Tablee retains the user data for the following reasons stated above. Users may request to delete their accounts at any time. Tablee may retain the user data for legal or other reasons discussed above.
