Getting started

It couldn’t be easier. From start to finish, you’ll be able to set up Tablee in just 5 minutes (watch video walkthrough). Because the equipment is pre-configured for your venue, set up is essentially plug-and-play. And, of course, our team is here to help 7 days a week.

Though simple and intuitive to operate, we provide training to ensure your team gets the most out of Tablee. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will be there to walk you through best practices and answer every question.

We currently offer a free 30-day trial with a fully refundable implementation deposit. If you determine that Tablee isn’t a good fit, contact your Customer Success Manager and send it right back. No risk, all reward. 

When you sign up, you’ll pay an implementation deposit based on how many tables need coverage. This deposit covers all your equipment and is refunded in full when service is terminated. 

Our average client experiences a sharp decline in server turnover. Why? In short, Tablee enables servers to make more tips (in some cases, up to $10,000 more per year.)

What’s more, our product design team is comprised of many former waiters and bartenders turned engineers. We get the service industry and built Tablee to be ultra server-friendly.

Smartwatches

As many as you need to equip your team! How many servers do you have during your busiest shift? We generally recommend starting here.

And remember, our system doesn’t require a Tablee smartwatch to work. You can also use the Tablee app with any Apple/Android smartwatch.

Absolutely, just download the Tablee app. Upon signing in, click yes for ‘Allow Push Notifications.’

They’re functionally equivalent to any standard fitness tracker. Your servers can use them to track heart rate, steps, calories burnt, and more.

We have you covered. It’s $25 per watch replacement.

Tablee Taps

A guest requests service by pressing a button on the Tablee Tap, pictured below.  The Tap seamlessly snaps into an optional, customizable menu holder (a great place to publicize specials or events where customers will actually take notice).

A Tap measure 2.5×2.5 inches. (See photo for scale.) Available in black and white, it blends in to any environment unobtrusively. 

Less than 0.1% of Tablee Taps have been reported missing, so it is very unlikely. However, we’ll replace up to 10% of your Taps for free. If more than 10% of your Taps go missing, we’ll request $25 per replacement Tap.

Support &
maintenance

Both the Tablee Tap and smartwatch are water-resistant. They’re built tough and designed to handle any spill. 

We recommend charging your Taps once a week, but the battery typically lasts 3-4 weeks depending on use. We include a handy charging station so you can charge them all at once. When the device is under 10% battery, the light on unit will blink green.

Our smartwatch can last several days on one charge, but most users store them on chargers nightly.

Our Taps and smartwatches are durable and long-lasting. But if a device should malfunction, we’ll ship a replacement to you immediately.
